Welcome to the Eudora Schools Helpdesk

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, the Eudora Schools support teams utilize a helpdesk ticket system. Every helpdesk request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives of all your support requests.

To create a new helpdesk ticket, simply click on the blue "Open a New Ticket" button on the right side of this screen. You do not need a username or password to create a ticket.

You will need a username/password in order to "Check Ticket Status". Hey! If you don't have a username/password, "Open a New Ticket" to get one created!
